While we do not want to get into a morass of legal definitions, here are a
few points you should understand and agree to before ordering:
Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or
agreement. Simply stated, you are saying "I would like to buy these things if
possible". We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you."
However, the following factors could negatively impact such a tranasaction
taking place:
One or more items could be out of stock. If part of your order depends upon
the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact us
and say so!
We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order.
Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to
get in touch.
Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal
steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable
opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit
card payments.

safe and pleasant experience for everyone involved. If you have any concerns

All electronic products sold on this site are sold AS IS. All sales are final, no refunds shall be issued. Please check your hardware configurations and the spec sheets on the cutters before you order. We are not responsible if your hardware is not compatible. We only sell NEW product, from the manufacturers, if there is a defect with the product, in most cases, you will have to contact the manufacturer for assistance. ALL BLADES are checked and ensured they are free from defect, chipping or breakage prior to shipping. They are also all shipped with a protective tip to prevent any breakage during shipping. Please handle all blades with care, do not tap, bang or drop the blade on a hard surface, as it will break it. Because we carefully check all blades prior to shipping, and because of the delicate nature of the blades, there are no returns or replacements for blades.
Klic-N-Kut has a no return policy on all machines. However, if there is a defect on the machine, you will be responsible for shipping the machine back to the us, and will do any necessary repairs and return the machine. For technical support or software support, we recommend you first looking through the manual that comes from the machine. ALL machines sold at this store have a 12 month WARRANTY by the Manufacturers.
